“My husband and I love to entertain, so we’ve booked the Natural Mixologist several times for themed parties. I don’t know how she does it, but her cocktails are outstanding! Not too sweet, not too sour and always satisfying. We get great compliments about her professionalism and knowledge, and on her specialty drinks of course!”
In today’s dynamic work environment, our mixology classes—featuring both cocktails and mocktails—offer a refreshing way to bring your team together. These sessions go beyond traditional team-building, providing an opportunity to learn new skills, spark creativity, and strengthen connections over balanced, health-conscious drinks. Using gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO ingredients, our recipes are designed with wellness in mind, featuring antioxidant-packed superfoods. To elevate the experience, we incorporate molecular techniques, ensuring an engaging and interactive event that captivates and excites your team. Whether it is a small group or a large event, the class will engage all of your guests.
Guests are greeted with a Welcome signature cocktail, crafted with molecular techniques—offering a truly unique experience. Each guest will have a personalized mixology station where they can create their own inspired cocktails. A wide variety of ingredients will be available, including fresh fruits, botanicals, unique juices, tinctures, and elixirs, all made with health focused and nutrient-packed superfoods. Our ingredients are free from chemicals, preservatives, unnecessary sugars, and are entirely gluten-free and vegan, and can be kosher if requested.
Presentation / Demonstration
Your mixologist will explain how to create a balanced cocktail, correct one when it’s not just right, and apply newly learned techniques. They will demonstrate the preparation of 4 classic and updated cocktails, with guests sampling each one. You will also learn how and why to use various bar tools, as well as how to muddle, mix, shake, and stir. After the first 2 cocktails are demonstrated and sampled, guests will have the opportunity to recreate one with their own personal touch. This process is repeated with cocktails of different styles and spirits.
Q & A is encouraged throughout.

Additional Mixology Classes Include:
Class with ‘Chopped’ style Competition
After the welcome cocktail and the demonstration of 3 cocktails, guests will receive instructions on how to use bar tools, muddle, mix, shake, and stir. Once they’ve sampled the drinks, they will recreate one, personalizing it to their liking.
Then the fun begins with the ‘Chopped’ competition! Guests, divided into groups, will use the revealed mystery ingredients to create the ultimate cocktail. Each team presents their drink, which is then judged. The winning team earns prizes and, of course, bragging rights!

Personally, I have studied spirits and cocktails for years. What makes these classes special is the ability to dive deep into guests’ interests, whether it’s understanding the difference between bourbon and scotch, exploring the role of bitters and how to use them, discovering why today’s gin tastes different from our parents’ gin, learning how to order a cocktail you’ll love from a bartender, or knowing how to fix a cocktail when it doesn’t taste just right. I have conducted hundreds of classes from London to NYC to LA and SF, and many places in between.

Marsha specializes in creating craft cocktails & mocktails that are classically inspired and updated with modern & molecular techniques and exceptional ingredients, especially superfoods.
She learned the tricks of the trade in London and NYC and is continuing to perfect her skills in Los Angeles, LA, San Francisco, Orange County, Seattle, NYC, and beyond. She was inspired by the Farm-to-Table movement in London. It’s that natural, sustainable way of thinking that influences her approach to cocktails.
This is especially true in the kitchen where I really get to be experimental and expressive with what I love: healthy and fresh ingredients. I have always felt that the enthusiasm we have for healthy eating should not stop on our plate but should translate to our cocktail glass as well. Cocktails can be natural, organic, vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO & sustainable, too.
I have been cooking my whole life. One of my first memories is that of my great grandmother teaching me to knead dough. For me the transition from creating with food to crafting with spirits is a natural one, allowing me to use fresh, exciting ingredients to enliven the senses and palate.
